Our franchisees

Franchisees are assisted 24 hours and 7 days a week by our highly qualified FAC team – Franchisee Assistance Center (CAF – Central de Atendimento ao Franqueado). The FAC provides technical, operational and managerial support to all Fábrica’s di Chocolate network, guaranteeing the efficiency of our operations.
